PARTICIPANTS: Representatives of local government, representatives of employers, representatives of Roma's and IDP's association, representatives of NES, representative of MDG YEM, media - about 25 people in total.
BACKGROUND: This year UN week 2009 programme consist of series of events and thematic days focused on youth. Events will include press conferences, cultural events, sports events and round tables. Thematic days such as Healthy Lifestyles Day, Youth and Employment day, Youth Participation in Democratic Processes Day and Green Future day will be organized.
This round table in Vranje will be organized within Youth and Employment Day. The aim of this round table is announcement of YEF launch and introduction of active labour measures which will be financed through YEF

  • Silvana Gavrilovic, PR NES Branch office Vranje, responsible for venue arrangements. Media will be allowed to film the event.
  • Miroljub Stojicic, Mayor of Vranje will greet the guests and give floor to the speakers.
  • Zoran Antic, Director of NES Branch Office in Vranje, delivers remarks.
  • Natasa Ivanovic, Employment Advisor of MDG YEM, holds presentation and answers the questions.
  • Zoran Antic ends the event and invites participants for coffee & refreshments. Media take statements from the speakers.
